well i can take the reflexes off but the speed/agility i been had on my char wen it was originally approved

the fact is those are all diffrent things. sure they involve speed but they are each diffrent. also your weaknesses arent really great either o_O

aight i hear ya i was thinkin tho that sumthn that culd go for my weaknesses wich is also sumthn u dd as i can only use fire with my right arm (1 weakness) n can only use lightning with my left arm (2 weaknesses)

well at those low number mean u would specalize using lighting in 1 arm but still able to use fire. ud need to make them 5s. Also dont copy me o_O

wel ko im not copyin u so much as its always been like that where i can only use 1 element on 1 arm but im just postin it as weakness plus u said i need sum stronger weaknesses n i think that is a rlly gud weakness as if take out 1 arm then u pretty much take out that element

but to be only able to use lighitng in 1 arm the weakness would need to be lvl 5 o_O if its any less then theres a chance u could use fire in that arm

Also I wouldn't really count that as a weakness seeing as you rei is fire and lightning so it wouldn't really matter.

Near Mastery of Fire & Lightning - due to lack of spirit control and your reiatsu based off of these two elements I am denying this ability.

Chains - NO. The SRDI made nothing of the sort for you,you cannot carry 30 foot chains on u because your arms can't coil that much, and controlling them with thought is a NO NO. Thoughts respond 100% faster than humanly reactions. Also since u have no reiatsu control u cant put the abilities into your chains.

Near Mastery of Fire & Lightning- how how can the fire get? How any volts are in the lighting? Minimum to maximum on both. and I honestly say this kind of thing would be mroe suited in the teq area o_O

im fine with this except for the increasing the power of every ability part.

*Wings can shoot out black razor sharp arcs of reiatsu about the size of itami hand. His tail can shoot black arcs of reiatsu from the tip of his tail.
This isent lighting OR fire so denied.

Haini Ranshi (Burning Up Burning to Death)- Remove the 3x thing and it should be fine.
Rakurai Shuurai (Bolt of lightning: Lightning Strike)- Same thing

and all u gotta do is that new power/ability u added is to change it to what we talked about and u SHOULD be fine

Increased Manipulation of Fire and Lightning- BOTH Shakey and I said no. Plus creating ur own weapons is a personal teq which u put in the TEQ SHEET.

I should probably have u remove ur Ragnarok abilitis but ill be nice.
