Personality:
Like Retsu's ability, he is a very cold, cold person. He only really cares for two things, and that is his race and himself. He however, does care a little bit for his village and the people in it.


Retsu's trust is something that he holds high. It is very hard to gain his trust, and if someone dies, he would gladly die for that person. The easiest way to gain his trust, is to be born in his clan. He almost completely trusts everyone of his race. If someone has his trust and does something to lose it, its likely he will never trust that person again. He is very quick to turn his back on these people.

Even though Restu can be very cold most of the time, he has a somewhat lighter side to him. He can be a little bit cheerful towards a few people. Many of which include his race.

While Retsu has already put his mind on killing other races. If his leader is in need, and they have a job for him to do, he will drop everything and help his leader.

Retsu enjoys fighting and training. He feels these ways are the best way to make people stronger. At least once a day, he is found doing at least one of these. He does not mind going out and fighting people, even if it will start a war. Even though a lot of death is caused by war, he doesn't care, he just wants the best for himself, his leader, and most importantly his race.

Retsu enjoys the cold, and will keep it as cold as he can. His body has gotten use to the cold of ice, and he can handle the ice like no other being before him. While heat does not seem to do that much to him, because he can keep the cold inside him. The inside of his house, is covered with a think layer of ice.

Combat Style Description:Retsu is a very straight foward fighter, he likes to be in the front lines. Since he has grown up fighting, it comes to naturally. He doesn't have to think much about fighting bescuase its instinct to him now. He fights with a lot of strength and speed. Ikou loves to fight in the air if he can.

Abilities:
Ice Creation
Description: The ability the user gains with Ice Creation is the ability to create various ice items, with a varied shape and size. The user can create items from weapons, to armor, to if things such as mirrors. Certain items can make attacks bounce back at the target. Since the ice is created at Subzero levels, fire is consumed when it comes in contacted, the created item is also lost. Each item has its own ability, such as armor protecting from attacks, or a sheath preventing a weapon from harming anything. Powers will be mentioned in Roleplay.

Icy Touch
The user will focus a small amount of ice chakra to the targeted area on their body. They will then touch another object or person. This will send the chakra down the targets being, and will make a person fight with a little less speed and strength and make an object more brittle. The effects last for two posts. If one is able to heat the area, the effects shall wear off.

Resurrection Description: Once the user releases, a blizzards forms around the user, and effects everyone around the user. This makes everyone around the user a lot slower than they are use to. The blizzard also makes targets unable to see very far in front of them. They are limited to a single meter around of vision.
Bio: Hielo was born into a family that called themselves a clan. The whole family lived together, and trained Martial Arts with one another. He always thought of his clan as a cold place to be, they never left their home. Hielo was killed in a fight against one of his family members, and reminds at his families quarters.

I dont see revenge as a combat weakness.
Also for ur focous thing unless u get distracted by shiny things or something in battle that to is not a weakness

I would have to agree with you. I really would. However, as I look at other apps, these are the same things I see.

I dont have mucdh of a problem with the weakness/str my question is if your applying for rogue hollow or a standard hollow that works under Aizen

Is there a way to take the affects off for icy touch? how long does it last?
and I think using your ice to be able to catch fire is a tad OP o_O personal opinon

I must disagree that it is OP. When Ice meets fire, it melts, into water. Water then puts out the fire. I lose my ice to fire, but the fire is also gone.
