the war continues...

*i arrive on the scene waiting for the right time to strike*
*i look around and notice that there are several fights going on*

*i remain on the alert*

From behind the Shinigami, an Arrancar stepped forward. She was a rather tomboyish figure with black hair reaching down to her jaw, a light complexion and two different colored eyes (one a soft blue and another colored amber, outlined in red). Her attire was a customized Arrancar look of a white v neck jacket with shoulder-length sleeves with black cuffs, white gloves, broad, metal collars around each wrist, and standard white hakama. Her mask fragment could be seen stretching over the top of her head with a single horn jutting out of the forehead - similar to a unicorn.

"Hmf! Well - aren't you going to go tend to your friend's injuries?" she spoke snidely to the healer across from her. "Ya know, they're not gonna survive too much longer if you don't do something."

*i look at the female arrancar and smile gently*

wether they choose to or not is theirs to make i cannot make them go
but honestly it doesn't seem like we need it that badly

The Arrancar glared at the man, bothered by his peaceful expression; it was practically sickening.

"Che! You must be dumber than you look," she grunted at him. "Now that we know you have a little hospital set up it'll make it much easier to kill the rest of ya!"

*i lower my head slightly and open my eyes slightly*

As she watched him draw his sword and take his stance, the Arrancar couldn't help but scoff, unimpressed.

"You gotta be kidding me! You think a soft-gut healer like you has a chance against me?!" she queried rhetorically. "I'm one of the Lady Harribel's Fraccion! You wouldn't last 10 minutes!"

*i continue smiling at her*
you don't understand the squad four do you?
or me for that matter?
one i am the lt. of squad four, two squad four is trained so they can be combat efficient on the battlefield
I am the second strongest shini on my squad ^^

"Yeah, yeah, and I'm a monkey's uncle," the Arrancar retorted bitterly, throwing her arms and shoulders in a shrug. "Fine then, but don't say I didn't warn ya when you get your ass kicked."

With her head bowed and her eyes closed with apparent boredom of the conversation, the Arrancar lifted her left arm and blocked the incoming kick against her forearm. The thickness and denseness of her Hierro didn't allow her to receive so much as a bruise.

"Yeah, you're Lieutenant 'cause you're too weak to be as strong as a Captain," she exclaimed, quickly twisting into her foe and snapping her leg toward his midsection - a blow with enough force to break through a concrete wall.

*i duck under the kick*

The hot-tempered Arrancar was caught by surprise that, in spite of their close range, the Shinigami managed to dodge her. Just then, a blast of energy rammed into her gut, driving her back away from her enemy with great force.

"Grr! You little bastard," she snarled. "You really think weak kido tricks will harm me?" Raising her right hand into a fist, she powered a punch down into the golden blast wave, shattering spirit particles down into the streets of the fake Karakura Town. She brushed the dust off of her jacket before glaring up at her enemy.

"That was pathetic! Come on, if you actually want me to start trying, at least show me you can put a scratch on me," she quipped, mocking his spiritual powers

She tucked a hand into a pocket of her hakama and sighed to herself.

"What a pain in the ass."

With remarkable speed, she dodged her head to the side, evading the Squad 4 Lieutenant's punch. She quickly retaliated by thrusting her knee up into his solar plexus.

*i take the knee but quickly recover*

*i then quickly shunpo away*

While the blast was being released, the Arrancar used a sonido to move behind her opponent - her right fist pulled back.

"I told you that's not gonna work, idiot," she exclaimed, launching a strong punch into the back of his head

i guess i shouldn't pull any punches since your a girl huh
*my expression now serious*

She had been taken, once again, by surprise as her foe managed to just barely avoid a crushing blow to his skull, and followed through with an attack of his own.

"Uggh," a groan resounded from her as she bent over the Shinigami's glowing leg, seemingly phased by the attack. But then she began to chuckle and leered up into her adversary's eyes with a devilish grin on her face, "Girl? I'm no girl," she uttered calmly before stretching her arm out to snatch the healer by the hair; prevting him from being able to dodge or avoid her a 3rd time.

"I'm an Arrancar!" And with that announcement, she reared back her other hand and fired it straight into the center of the Shinigami's chest.

*i then move to cut off your arm that is holding my hair with a very powerful swing of my sword*

Their fists collide with devastating impact, however she had begun fighting at a level that was equal to, if not slightly greater than, his last attack; allowing her to easily plow through his weaker attack and hoping to damage some ligaments in the process -- perhaps by breaking a few knuckles.

His attempt to slice her attacking arm also fell flat as the primitive blade clashed against her Hierro and failed to even draw blood from the Arrancar.

"Seriously?" she scoffed. "You expect to harm me with a blade that weak? What the hell do you take me for?!" She then threw her head forward to bash against the bridge of the Shinigami's nose.

*my hand starts to bleed from the clash*

*i fire a blast of kido straight at your face before it can hit me*

The Arrancar's head was already in swift, forward motion as the Shinigami pointed his finger up at her, causing her cranium to bash into his other hand now just as the blast exploded against her forehead. The explosion erupted in front of them both, likely giving each one a scratch, but with both of the Shinigami's hands severely injured, if not broken.

"Aggh," yelped the Arrancar, stumbling back from him as she clutched her face, "You son of a bitch! That hurt!"

She checked herself for blood, but found no severe damage was done as several veins exploded on her forehead. "You just made the biggest mistake of your life," she growled, glowing with an aura of intense red fire...

The mean-spirited Arrancar was more than agitated by the sight of the Shinigami healing his wounds already, but even more repulsed by the fact he treated her so casually and released his sword. She stood there on the air, undeterred by the release of his spiritual pressure.

"Feh! You'd better quit taking me so lightly, soft-gut," she warned him, blocking his kick with both arms raised up and crossed together. "'Cause I ain't takin' it easy on you no more either!"

Just then, an orb of red light began to form around the horn of her mask fragment, gathering intense spiritual pressure that seemed to even make the air become electric.

"Cero," she announced, attempting to blast him at point-blank range...
