:Background Information/history::
Honjo in his past life was an expert martial artist with immense strength for his size he was known for punching holes in brick walls and punching dents in metal even lifting vending machines. it was after a fight that he wandered into a convienience store robbery and he saved the cashier and beat up the attacker but was shot from behind by his partner who Honjo did not notice. Upon entering the soul society he met and befrended Koga and Rizu and they immediately became like brothers and sisters and over time koga and ajiro realized how diffrent there fighting stiles were. Koga excelled in kido while Honjo could not even preform the simplest one and it was in Hakuda that Honjo excelled and left koga in the dust. although koga was top of his class in Hoho being extreamlly fast honjo was able to keep up with him with out using flash step. because him and koga both have large ammounts of rei honjo having the most powerful and destructive while koga has the more finely controled both wear a similar ring with honjos gen being red he wears his ring on his right middle finger.

After the fight honjo woke within the hospital and remembered his lost hand. for a moment he lost controle of his mind as the trauma hit him. after leaving the 4th division hospital he went to a secret training area and brought with him his zan and two other blades. after training he went to speak to Jushiro ukitake who requested his presence. he was shocke and proud to have be appointed the new Lt of the 13th division. after an unfortunate trip to the SRDI he woke within his zans relm to find that he was now a she. and not at all happy about it.

It has been 200 years since honjo was promoted and his rigerous training within his secret training area.
Honjo along with his brother koga were promoted to captain by Yamamoto for there impressive work in there captain test. Honjo was kidnapped and expirimented on by mayuri and now has a vastly diffrent apperance to his original one.

Time has past and honjo has been captan of his squad for a long time. Recently he underwent a physical and emotional change as his powers have been augmented by a spitit that had sesided within him

Honjo is an extreamly dangerous barehanded combatant. He can easily catch a weaker opponent's attack with a single hand, perform powerful kicks and take-downs, and has demonstrated superb skill with throwing weapons.

Perhaps due to years of combat experience in both the human and spirit relms and time on the battlefield, Honjos strength has increased vastly from where it was even by captain standards.

Immense Speed:
While he possesses little skill for Flash Step, Honjo is extreamly fast Thanks to his tremendous raw power, Honjo's leg strength allows him to more than make up for his lack of Flash Step, allowing him to move fast enough to instantly close a huge gap of space between him and the opponent and even seemingly disappear from sight. In battle he is able to strike with incredible speed in rapid succession, making it highly difficult for his opponents to find an opening and counterattack.

Immense Durability: His physical strength is matched only by his durability, Honjo is able to easily ignore most of the injuries he's sustained in battle, not suffering any debilitation despite having multiple slash wounds in his body. he will often allow his opponent to attack him so he can land an even more powerful hit.

Highly Perceptive Combatant: Despite his seeming disregard for any strategy in his fights and his self-admitted aversion to thinking during battle, Honjo is a very insightful man, regularly showing more understanding than one would expect. He is very adept at finding and exploiting weaknesses in his opponents' techniques, He is also adept at adjusting to his opponent's attack patterns and battle methods to better counter them.

Flame Body: Honjos flames have bonded with is body making him immune to physical attacks such as blades or punches and kicks they travel through his body as his body has litteraly become flames his does not make him immortal as he is still vulnerable to elemental attacks and spirit attacks he can enter bodies of wader but cannot be within the ocean as it cancels out his abilities causing a short and reverting him to standard captain level shini without his elemental powers
