Shake vs Itami

*Rizu gives a silvery giggle and tilts her head with a smirk.* Yes, which is why I eliminated it. *Rizu gestures her hand towards Itami bending forward slightly, smiling softly.* Dai. Konran. *With a snap of her fingers, a vicious whirlpool of ice and storming, freezing cold waters appears underneath him, moving upward to engulf him in order to violently whip him around inside and then spit him back out.*

I smirk. I just stand there with my hands by my side. Then, in an instant, my tail regrows. I begin to laugh maniacally as I bring my right hand forward and touch my necklace. I inject some of my rei, and the seal is released. My rei spikes forward to its max. It is released in a burst of fire and lightning. As I become engulfed by the whirlpool, I release the built up rei. The flames and lightning effectively destroy the whirlpool and all surrounding vegetation in the area.
You do not know the extent of my power.
I smirk with a psychotic grin.

*Rizu takes a step back then quickly regains her composure, hiding her surprise at Itami's increase in reiatsu and the strange spikes in his aura. She tilts her head slightly again and frowns.* Hey, I liked those trees. Now where am I to meditate? *She holds her hand out in front of her, palm upward.* Reito kaen.

*As she speaks, her entire left arm is engulfed in white energy, so cold to the touch it almost burns. The energy behaves like fire. She raises her right arm above her left arm and shunpos 1 foot in front of Itami and claps her hands together, causing a wave of frozen flames to fire towards him. She spins rapidly a few times, causing her entire body to be engulfed in the flames. As she does, she charges at Itami through the blast, sending a kick towards his gut.*

I laugh at her attempt. I begin to cover my right arm and leg in hot purple flames that were as hot as ultraviolet radiation. I cover my left arm and leg in crackling electricity. I then spin along with Rizu, and send my right leg at hers. I also send my tail forward to grab her other leg.

*Rizu uses Hagane to brace the impact of Itami's kick connecting with hers, wincing slightly from the pressure of it. She gasps as her other leg is grabbed by his newly regenerated tail.* Damn... *She concentrates and causes the icy flames engulfing her body to grow larger in hopes of burning Itami's tail and causing him to drop her. She gestures her left hand towards him and fires a condensed ball of ice reiatsu towards his chest.*

I feel my kick connect with hers. I was surprised at the hardness of it. I then began to feel an icy hot feeling on my tail. I quickly yank Rizu down toward the ground and release her. I bring my tail forward and find it burned. I become angered and shoot a huge ball of fire straight at her. I then shunpo behind, and send stream of lightning at her back.

*Rizu quickly spins herself around in mid air.* Dai Konran! *She engulfs herself in the icy whirlpool, deflecting a great deal of both attacks. As her defense dissipates, Rizu falls to the ground panting, covered in cuts and bruises from the inside of the maelstrom. She shakes her head to herself and slowly stands up, but falls back down to her knees. As she does, she hits the ground with her palms.* Kori no yosai! *Rizu freezes the battleground and a fortress-like barrier shoots up from the ground, surrounding both her and Itami.*

I laugh as the fortress forms around us. I begin to build up my rei for a just in case purpose.

*Breathing heavily, Rizu stays on the ground. She presses against it firmly with her open palms, summoning spikes from the ground all around her and directly underneath Itami, as well as ice shards raining from the ceiling towards his head. She presses against the ground again, causing a large spear of ice to form from the ceiling of the fortress and to fire rapidly towards Itami's chest.*

I see the spikes coming. I realize that this could be a problem if this hits me. I erect a barrier of hot purple flames. I brace for impact as the spikes hit me. There were so many that not even my barrier could take it. They rip through my barrier and rush at me. I try to dodge, but failed. The spikes rip through me. Cuts and gashes form on my body. One spikes rips all the way through my left leg, and another impales me through my right arm. I begin to cough blood.

*Rizu lifts her index and middle finger up and draws a triangle in the air, connecting 3 yellow beams of energy.* Bakudo #30, Shitotsu Sansen. *As she speaks, the 3 beams of energy shoot out from the triangle towards Itami with the intent of pinning him to the ice wall behind him.*

I laugh. I then extend my claws. I release the built up rei that I had been storing, and rip out of the icicle shards. This causes another wave of coughs and blood, but I ignore it. I then put my claws in an X shape.
Burn and Electrify all creation in the universe. Destroy Honoo Ryuukiba and Inazumi Ryuukiba!
I enter my full shikai state. My zans appear on my back, and I quickly unsheath them and in the same motion I destroy the bakudo. I laugh at this. The bleeding from my wounds also begin to stop as my skin regenerates itself.

*Rizu watches as Itami's shikai is released.* -He...he's regenerating. This won't end well.- *Rizu slowly staggers to her feet, gripping onto one of the ice spikes coming from the ground for leverage. She lifts her right hand gently and as she does the spikes around her close in and encircle her from top to bottom, acting as a translucent ice barrier. She reinforces the barrier with her reiatsu and places her palms against the wall facing Itami; as she does, spikes of ice quickly begin to race from the ground in a wave towards him.*

I just smirk. I ignore the spikes coming toward me. I make a slash in an X shape with both my zans.
Gengetsu Aka! Gengetsu Aoi!
An arc of fire and an arc of lightning was produced from each blade at the tips. They went forward in an X shape and collided with the barrier. The spikes that were coming for me were melted from the intense heat of my attack.

*Rizu engulfs her barrier in the frozen flames which helps deflect a great deal of the attack. The fire melts a hole through her barrier, hitting her in the left arm leaving her with a large burn on her shoulder. She reaches up to the hole in the barrier with her left hand and then uses her cold reiatsu to numb the burn. She holds both hands up at the hole in her barrier.* Hado #73, Sokatsui! *From the immense use of reiatsu, she leans back against her barrier and pants.*

I laugh at her attempt to blast me.
Gengetsu Aka! Gengetsu Aoi!
I fire off another round. The attacks collide and explode. I stand there unfazed. I watch as she leans against the barrier. I then touch my necklace and the seal is reactivated. I exit my full shikai and return to my incomplete form with the seal active.
This fight is over. You can't keep going in the condition that you are in. Now go get medical attention.
With that I leave the burnt forest.

*Rizu collapses against the barrier, her bankai sealing and her white kimono turning back to her regularly shihakusho. The barrier and the ice fortress disappear and she lays back onto the ground, relaxing her breathing as she reaches for her badge. She opens it and pulls out a small, sealed syringe, studies it and injects herself with its contents. After a while of pain and discomfort, she is healed as she stands up and stretches, walking back to the barracks.* Medical attention...ha.
