I attacked Honoo first. My intensity and speed increased by my anger. I pushed him back toward the wall.
Honoo: Well if somebody hasn't gotten an increase in momentum.

I said nothing. My face contorted in anger. I spun and kicked Honoo. He fell back against the wall. I then sent my claws toward his heart. Just before I reached his heart, I stopped.

My hand wavered over his heart. I couldn't do it. I couldn't kill out of anger. I just couldn't be that person anymore. Honoo smiled at me. He knew what was wrong with me. He could tell since he was part of me.

What's wrong Itami? Have you lost your drive? Where did all that anger you just had a second go?
I just couldn't bring myself to do it, and Honoo knew it.

Honoo just smirked. He then stepped forward. He continued to step toward me. All I could do was back away. I just couldn't do it. They were right. I was weak and worthless.

I continued to back away. Honoo continued to step forward. Then I felt myself back up into something. I turned and found Inazumi standing behind me.

Inazumi just shook his head in disappointment.
It's a shame Itami. You were doing so well before. Now look at you. You're nothing more than shell of your former glory. I think it's time to put you out of your misery once and for all.

Inazumi's hand became coated in lightning. A crackling ball of electricity formed in his hand. The electricity covered his hand and wrist. It was blue and white. Honoo was doing the same thing with his hand, but instead it was flames and not electricity.

They both brought their arms back. I couldn't move as they had their other arm on me. Their grip was like steel. I struggled against them, but they were too strong.

I tried to summon my anger, but I was totally tapped out. Honoo grinned like a crazy person and Inazumi had a saddened look upon his face. It was then that I realized something. I couldn't believe that i hadn't have thought of it before.

Their hands came toward me. They both hit me at the same time. I felt the flames and electricity rip throughout my body. It was excruciating, but necessary. I grabbed both their arms. I looked at them both.

A look of surprise crossed both their faces. Then Inazumi's face changed to understanding. He knew that I had found the way to defeat them.
It is time I took back control once and for all.

My left arm was on Inazumi's arm, and my right arm was on Honoo's arm. They began to glow. The arm that was on Inazumi was glowing blue and it traveled all through Inazumi. The arm that was on Honoo was glowing red and traveld all through Honoo.

I looked at them both and cracked a small smile.

I then absorbed them both into me.
Control will be back in my power. I will prove my worth.
They both smiled and went into my body.

I then awoke back in the corner. I was surrounded by members of Squad 13. I stood up and stretched. I then looked at them. They all scurried away like little puppies. I ignored them and left.
