Deadly training

I went to the Squad 13 barracks. I entered and found me a nice corner to sit in. I went over and sat. I sat there and closed my eyes to think.

I suddenly found my eyes forced open. I looked and found myself in the abyss of my inner world. I looked around and saw nothing. I stood up. I stretched out my body and began to walk.

Before I even walked a few feet, I felt an invisible force knock me back. I looked around, but again saw nothing. I stood back up and brushed the dirt off me. I against started to walk, but was knocked down again.

This time I heard laughing. I stood up. Frustration was eating away at me and I was trying to keep it down.
Honoo: Don't fight the rage Itami. Embrace it.

I begin to look for him.

I begin to get angry, but I attempt to suppress it. Suddenly Honoo appears before me. He punches me and sends me sprawling toward the ground. He walks forward and grabs my leg. He spins and releases me. I fly toward the wall and land against me.

I slide down the side of the wall. My breath was coming in ragged gasps. I looked up. Honoo was suddenly in front of me. He was looking down at me with a disappointed look.

He sighs and looks at me.
Honoo: I expected so much more from you Itami. I thought you had so much potential. I guess I was wrong.
He bring his hand back. The claws were cocked back.

Honoo: It's time we took full control Itami. You're no longer of any use.
He brought his hand forward toward my heart. I became angered by his statement and attack.

I grabbed his hand before it hit me. We stood there. His hand inches from my heart. I kicked him in the gut and sent him flying back. I flipped to my feet and looked at him. He was grimacing in pain and anger.

I look at him. My face twisted in anger. I rush forward with my right hand cocked back. Honoo runs toward me with his right hand cocked back. We reach each other and hit each other in the face.

The impact from this sends up both back. We each hit the walls of the abyss. Our breaths were wrestled from us. Shuddering coughs wracked our bodies. I looked over at Honoo, and found him looking back at me.

We both stand up. We slowly begin to approach each other. It started as a walk. Then a jog. Then a sprint. Then a full scale run. We were almost upon each other, when something knocked us both back.

We were sent back and hit the walls again. Cracks had begun to form on the wall that I kept hitting. I looked up to find Inazumi standing between us. He was looking at me with fury written across his face.

In the blink of an eye, Inazumi appeared beside Honoo. Honoo looked fiercely at Inazumi.
Inazumi: You fool.
With that he kicked Honoo. Honoo was sent sprawling across the ground.

Honoo shot up. His face masked with anger and the want to kill. He approached Inazumi.
How dare you touch me Inazumi. I'll destroy you where you stand.
Inazumi ignored the threat and looked at me.

He walked toward me. He stopped a few feet from me.
Itami. It's time. It's time you gave us full control of you body. It is quite clear that you aren't strong enough. You are too reckless and can't even control the simplest of emotions.

I stood up. My face was a mass of emotions. I couldn't believe what was going on.
I won't give nothing to yal. This is my body and it will stay mine. So back the hell off.

Inazumi just sighed. He looked quite tired.
Itami don't force us to take control. Just let this go peacefully. Or things will end very badly.
As he said these last few words, his voice became cold and heartless.

I looked straight at him as I said this. I put as much menace and coldness in this word as I could.

Inazumi just shook his head.
Looks like we must do this the hard way.
As Inazumi said this, Honoo appeared by his side. He was grinning evilly. His fangs showing and gleamed brightly even though there was no light in the abyss.

I dropped down into an offensive stance. I prepared myself mentally and physically as this wouldn't be easy.

They just smirked.

We launched ourselves. We collided with great force. It was a 2vs1 match and I could tell I was losing from the start. Inazumi was fast and Honoo had power. They pushed me back with ease.

Even with my bionic arms, I couldn't fight them. That was the only advantage I had against them, and it was worthless. They pushed me against the wall. They started hammering against me. Their viciousness was insane.

I was pounded into the very wall. The rocks around began to form around my body as I started to go into the wall. They continued their relentless assault. I was helpless and couldn't even move.
