They stopped their assault and jumped back. They landed about 20 feet from me. They looked at their work. Honoo just kept grinning. Inazumi just looked disappointed and shook his head.

Inazumi: Itami you don't deserve our power. Just give up while you still can.
I stepped out of the hole. I looked at Inazumi. My body was cut up from the rocks and bleeding.

I shook the pain off. Dropped down into my usual stance, and launched at them. I unsheathed my claws and practically glided toward them.

Honoo rushed at me. Inazumi stayed behind. I sent my right fist toward Honoo's face. He grabbed my hand with his left hand, then with his right he grabbed my face. He slammed me into the ground.

My body skidded across the ground, and I felt it go limp. He lifted me up by my face. He punched me in the stomach. I was sent flying, but using my wings I got back into control. I looked down at Honoo.

He rushed toward me. Then he activated his shunpo and appeared behind me. He sent a kick toward my back. I was sent forward with a jerk. Inazumi then appeared in front of me.

He punched me in the gut. The force of it stopped me suddenly, and I just hung there on his fist. He threw me away straight toward Honoo. Honoo rushed forward and I felt his heel connect with my face.

I was sent straight down toward the ground. I landed head first. Pain shot through my entire body. I got up with great difficulty. I stretched my body out.

This lowered the pain. The rest I just ignored. Honoo and Inazumi landed a few feet away from me. They were both smirking. I couldn't even look at them.

I looked down. I was ashamed at how weak I was. They were both getting the best of me. I couldn't even do anything about it.

I was humiliated at how easily they were beating me. I couldn't even lay a finger on them. It was as if they were steadily getting stronger, and I just couldn't keep up. Maybe letting them take over wasn't such a bad idea.

As I thought this, I felt that I should slap myself. I had come to far. Done to much too let it end now. I stood up. I looked at them.

I felt my anger boiling, I felt it wanting to take over. I suppressed it.
Inazumi and Honoo, you shall not win.

This caused them to start laughing. It wasn't a ha ha kinda laugh. It was more of a maniacal evil kind of laugh. I kept my face set in a determine look.

They looked at me. I could tell from the way their faces were set that they were trying to intimidate me. I looked back at them. I didn't waver or anything. I kept my face set against theirs.

Inazumi: I agree Honoo. Lets finish this.

They rushed at me. Inazumi then appeared directly behind me. He grabbed me from behind. Honoo ran forward and jabbed me in the stomach. He then sent an uppercut toward my jaw.

I was sent straight up into the sky. Inazumi then jumped straight up. He put both his hands together. He pulled his arms back, then sent them forward like a hammer.

I felt his hands connect with my face. Pain exploded throughout my body. I was sent straight down toward the ground. As I was falling, I felt somebody wrap their arms around me. Then we began to spin in the air.

The spinning increased rapidly. As we approached the ground, I felt the arms loosen. Then the body let go of me and jumped away. I hit the ground hard. I felt a jolt run through my entire body.

My body stiffened. I stretched out on the ground. I could barely move. So much pain was going through my body at the moment that I just wanted to lay there and give up.

As I lied there, I heard somebody snickering. At first I thought it was coming from Inazumi and Honoo, but I then realized that it wasn't them. After hearing it again and again, I realized that it was coming from my head. I then closed my eyes to listen and figure out who it was coming from.

I thought for a moment. After a few minutes of complete silence had passed by, a face appeared with the voice. It was the shini Koga. He was snickering and laughing at me.

He was saying how I was weak. He was saying how I wouldn't amount to anything and that I was nothing more than a traitor. He said I didn't deserve the mercy that I was given. All of these things did nothing but fuel the anger already building up inside of me.

With this surge of energy, I burst from my thoughts. I burst from the ground. I launched at Inazumi and Honoo with nothing but rage backing me. The anger that I was trying to suppress then became my energy.
