The shinigami then smirk at junsuke in a friendly way and said "well I guess our captain is not so strong after all running away before even defeating his opponent". Junsuke then laugh and said "oh look who is talking for someone like you to say I am weak I guess you are getting real arrogant here".

Junsuke then cross his arm and continue to say "well then you can try to talk big but the way I see you are just trying to intimidate me well I guess you can try now haha" the shinigami then shunpos and attack junsuke from the front but junsuke just disappear from his sight as he said "haha you are so slow".

The shinigami the uses his leg as he tried to kick junsuke again. Junsuke then thinks again *hmm another attack from the back and this time with his leg* junsuke jumps and dodge as he kicks the shinigami right on his head but the kick was block by the shinigami's hand as he slides away from junsuke.

Junsuke then uses his leg again to kick the shinigami as he did that right after a shunpo. The shinigami then uses his leg to kick at junsuke as they kicks right at each other and junsuke using a puch right after the kick and aims it at the shinigami shouder as junsuke tries again to push the shinigami back.

The punch hits the shinigami as the shinigami was push back "wow captain you really come at me for real". Junsuke then told him "well you tried to use sneak attack and even if I tell to stop you came right back so I guess I should start to get serious and I guess I should train you up since you are my sparring patner".

Junsuke then told the shinigmami "ok now let's be serious and don't firght like we are friends here ok?. The shinigami then agrees and stood ready junsuke then unfold his arms as he also gets himself ready. "Alright I am readay you can attack me anytime and come at me with full force".

Junsuke then told the shinigami "well then its been a really long time since you are serious I wonder if you have improve since the last time I saw you and fought with you". The shinigami then said "you also have not change a bit captain or should I say junsuke that was how I use to always call you back then".

Junsuke said "well I don't mind you calling me that". The shinigami laugh and said "I can't be calling you that now right". Junsuke then told him "I am still the same even if I am a captain now you know". "Ok then junsuke get ready I am not the same I was like I use to be". Junsuke then said "alright come at me".

Junsuke then waited as the shinigami attacks him. The shinigami then attacks junsuke with a right punch. As the punch was coming junsuke sees it and shunpos away attack the shinigami from the bacl. The shinigami could not react to junsuke's attack but he move forward to minimize the damage.

The shinigami manage to stop sliding away from junsuke afterthe attack. The shinigami then uses a a kick and attacks junsuke from the side sliding in to trip junsuke. Junsuke took a little leap and then tries to land a kick right at him. The shinigami the rolls away from junsuke and his kick.

The shinigami then shunpos to the back of junsuke trying to use his fist to attack junsuke again. The attackwas stop by junsuke using his hand as he grabs it."So you have gotten serious I think you are strill below what I expect out of you". The shinigami then said to junsuke oh have I been that weak captain?".

"Well i remember that when you were younger you use to be better right now youy are justr attacking me without thinking it seems that your hakuda is really not up to the standed now". The shinigami then said "well if my hakuda is not up to what you expect then I shall use my zanjutsu".

The shinigami then draws his zanpakuto as he tried to slahsh down on junsuke. "Oh that's cheating here well we should stop this right now". Junsuke then shunpo away from the place as he decided that it was enough for trhe day. As junsuke was moving to other place he thinks *maybe I should just go to the human world*.

After returning to his squad junsuke lines his division up for some spar.
"Alright everyone lets do some sparing tody ok?"
Jinsuke then folds his arm and ten waits for all his member.
*hmm maybe i should make todays trainig tougher*.

Junsuke then told his member as he walks around them.
"Ok for todays spar i will see how much ou guys have impove".
Junsuje thn calls out to the squad to see who would want to start te spar.
"Hmm anyone here?".

Junsuke ten points to one of the guy at the back and call out.
"Ok you come out and show me some of your skill".
the shinigami then walks out as his looks tough as he gets ready.
"Alright come on attack me now".

Junsuke then get into is stance as he sees te shinigami attack him.
But with only two hit junsuke manage to knock him back.
"Stand up and fight now come".
junsuke then gets ready to fight again.

This time the shinigami charges at junsuke again.
jjnsuke manage to use only one hit to knock the shinigami down.
Looking at the shinigami junsuke then said to him.
"You will go clean up the maggots nest until ou can fight".

Junsuke then calls out to te others as he folds his arm again.
"Now next who is going to ome out?"
again no one stood out.
the members ten whisper among thenselve.
"Whats wrong with the captain today?"

Jinsuke again looks around.as he search for someone to spar.
junsuke then points out as he said.
"Ok then you here come out and show me what you have got".
the shinigami this time looks weak amd skinny as he looks sick.

This time junsuke gets readyas he told te shinigami to attack.
the shunigami uses shunpo as he appears in front of junsuke.
junsuke then tried to sweep the shinigami off his feet.
The shinigami leaps back as he tried to grab junsuke from the top.

The shinigami tried to grab junsuke again after he shunpo.
while junsuke move right up behind the shinigami without him knowing.
a knock from the back seds the shinigami to the ground.
te shinigami slowly stands up with a bored face.

This time junsuke then said to him.
"Ok you pass next".
but the shinigami told junsuke.
"No wait i still can go on please give me a chance".

Junsuke looks at the shingami and said to him.
"Ok then come at me again and dont hold back ok?"
The shinigami nods as he shunpo behind of junsuke.
*hmm he got a little faster i didnt think someone this good is out of the seat of my squad".

Junsuke then looks back and saw the shinigami attacking him.
junsuke disappear and appears behimd of the shinkgami and yet aain knocks him.
te shinigami looks at junsuke as he speaks.
But before he could junsuke stops him.
