Requirements:
•500 RP Posts
•Spar with Yamamoto (or a specific Captain if you want his/her seat)
Features:
•11 Basic technique slots
•3 Advanced technique slots
•2 Superior technique slots
•Special rank

19 Basic Techs, 17 Advanced and 8 Superior(I did not count squad 4 only techs)

is it me or should we at least get a bit more Advance Techs to chose?

we might change it but notice that alot of Captains that use kido and such know many low levels and only a few high leveled ones

Yes but we could create a few more Skills for Hoho,Hakuda and Zanjutsu. Even if they're just original ones that we've created.

if u can make some to make it even for all races your more than welcome to suggest some techniques.
