Discription:
The user channels their reiryoku into there hands and attak there opponent. the rei powered hits attack the rei flow of their opponent weakening spiritual type moves ie kido or cero the effect is temporary but allowes the user a moment of upper hand to turn the tide of battle. beause this is a lose range move the user must be agile and swift to beable to land hits. (repeated hits do nothing and the effect wears off after 3 posts or if the user is stronger could last only a post. the kido and cero are weakend to aproximately 2/3 power)

| oo lol its advaned and its weak compaired to the advanced version trust me its not that efffectiv die to its many flaws
1 you have to get in close to attack
2 it only works once at a time meaning they hit it takes effect if they try and hit before it wears off it dosent work
3 it wers off after 3 posts or less and it only weakens it by 1/3 leaving the attack with most of its power
