Hikaru walks back into 1st divisions area for the duel the LT was talking about. She looked around and was quickly greeted by several of her fellow shinigami. Hikaru knew where the dojo was and on of the shinigami told her the LT was waiting for her there with she shinigami who was challenging her. Hikaru made her way to the dojo were sure enough the LT was waiting for her. Hikaru was surprised however to see Yukino inside with him. It was her. She had come to challenge Hikaru for the position? Hikaru couldn't help but feel this girl was growing either a hatred for her since her defeat or some sort of rivalry. Either way they were to fight and Hikaru would not back down.

I look at you and smirk. "Welcome Hikaru." I clench my hand and unclench it " your task will be to defeat me one on one, you win you are granted entrance into the first division. you loose and you will be rejected immediately." i look at you coldly. "i have already passed my examination...i hope you are ready." I take a stance and look at you" because this battle will decide your future with the 1st division"

Hikaru bites her lip softly and looks at Yukino, "I have a future here no matter how you try to interfere Yukino. However if you think I've been slacking this whole time I will be glad to defeat you once again. Prepare yourself for my flames have grown intense. I have more of a reason to squash you now than I did before." Hikaru watches Yukino waiting for her to make the first move. Hikaru hasn't even drawn her zanpakutou because she has reason to not start with it yet.

i look at you coldy and i draw my blade slowly. "come hikaru show me your true power. i wish to see if that was a fluke or your true abilities."

I raise a hand toward Yukino as she made herself ready by unsheathing her zanpakutou. after the several battles Hikaru had participated in she had learned a few things about combat that would change the whole field. Hikaru turned her left side toward Yukino and raised her left hand. "Ye lord! Mask of flesh and bone, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws. Sokatsui " Hikaru completes the full chant and watches the blue energy explode toward the opponent. Hikaru however expected Yukino to dodge. Hikaru had learned a great deal about reading Reitsu and as she fired that sokatsui she released hers so the blue light had red explode behind it. Hikaru's Reitsu didn't burn too largely but there where flames around her for 15 feet on the ceiling and the floor. Her power was not tiny. She drew her zanpakutou which glowed red.

I grin and rather than dodging my body coats in hagane and i grip my zanpakuto blocking and being pushed back i dash forward. I smirk as my blade glows green and my energy fills the room as vines grow around it.

Hikaru watches the sokatsui get split and brush off what appeared to be hardened reitsu around Yukino's body. Hikaru turns and attacks with a slash from the top and drawing both hands onto the hilt.

I bring my blade up and clash with you and backflip attempting to kick you under your jaw.

Hikaru takes a step back to avoid the kick and counters by coming forward with a left slash. For the moment Hikaru wanted to see how much Yukino has improved. At the moment she seemed to be hiding her potential. Maybe she was scared but Hikaru would know soon enough.

As my feet hit the ground i push up and clash with your blade. i spin and send a slash towards your lowwer hip.

Hikaru watches the girl's fighting style. So far there were useless movements and Hikaru was going to show her with a threatening attack. As she spun Hikaru stabbed at the girl. She turned the blade so that the attack would be parried and the stab if either Yukino didn't retreat or pull away from the attack to defend she would get skewered. "You have useless movements in your swordsmanship still"

I grin as i make a step that causes your blade to graze me as i sing adding alot more force to my attack ignoring the tear of my robe and the deep cut across my back i bring my blade fill towards your hip.

Hikaru's eyes open wide but not in fear or realization, but in anger. Yukino had taken the hit hoping to force Hikaru into taking a devestating blow. This was foolish as Hikaru took her right hand off the hilt and used ikkostu on the hilt of Yukino's blade. If this didn't sent the blade flying away it would completely stop the attack as Hikaru's hand would stay there. Hikaru lowered her left shoulder and jumped sending her shoulder into Yukino's face. She then shunpo'd back roughly 15 feet and the flames exploded in her hand yet again. The same attack that had defeated the girl last time. The Moeru-Tama. She watched Yukino for a second to see how she would react. Her folly with her last attempted attack left her with a rather bad injury across her back. "Don't try to make an attack out of taking an injury unless you can guarantee to hit and finish the opponent/ Otherwise you wasted your own body and will die for nothing."

I grin as i allow you to knock my blade form my hand and i stretch. "oh really?" ignoring my wound i close my eyes opening themand they gllow with a green fog before i run towards you my body flickers as i do and i send a pucnh towards you this time not fearing your attack that caught me off guard.

Hikaru doesn't loose sight of the girl who darts around quickly. Using the zanpakutou Hikaru takes a swing from the left. The girl seemed suicidal to Hikaru this fight was so far one sided. Hikaru expected her to disarm the zanpakutou knowing that was the greatest threat at this point. She would thrust her right hand forward toward the chest not even releasing the moeru-Tama but using it as a catlystic punch. Hikaru begin to chant this whole time to show her the advanced kido she knew and finish this suicide match. Yukino was being far too reckless. If this was a larger scale fight Yukino would have likely already died if she was fighting in this manner. Hikaru was going to show her how being reckless against a flame was essentially suicide. Even if it was just a spar. Hikaru was also interested in why the match wasnt stopped when Yukino took the first really bad slash. Hikaru intentionally didn't angle it to kill because Yukino probably would've ended up hospitalized."Carriage of Thunder. Bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six!" There was no real plan. If she was hit by the Moeru-Tama she would be pushed back. The six pillars of light would smack and pin her unable to even wiggle a finger. If she somehow got past all that the six pillars would still smack her and paralyze her. Hikaru knew how the technique worked she had mastered it already. She would shunpo after the first pillar hits Yukino's back and let her get engulfed by all six. Her zanpakutou would come to her hand quickly and be placed against the girls throat.

I smirk as the after image fades and i appear at your side in a sort of base ball slide kick to try and trip you.

Hikaru watches her Moeru-Tama fly forward and pulls on it to change it's course as she falls the pillars of light from Rikujokoro Begin to slam into Yukino. Hikaru gets the Moeru-tama back to fly straight into The Girl as the rods hit her and paralyze her entire body. Hikaru stands grabbing and looks to see if the girl understood it was over. Hikaru raised her blade to the girls neck. Hikaru had taken a bruise Yukino had a badly bleeding gash in her back and several bruises and burns. Even if she wasn't defeated from being completely paralyzed. She was defeated from an overall superior performance. "Admit your defeat. You have some improvements to make but I look forward to fighting you again. A request from me though throw away the recklessness I don't want to see you die. I care about you as a shinigami, friend and rival."

I grin as you realize the roome has become fully covered in vines and plant life and i inhale and the air seems to become more moist. "surrender huh?

Hiaru pressed the blade into Yukino's neck to pull a small amount of blood out. Hikaru's face frowned ignoring the background for the moment. She was wondering why the LT hadn't ended the match a twitch of her wrist would behead the girl. "I have you captured and defeated. Anything you do at this point is in violation of the rules. According to the rules for a shinigami duel you are right now classified as dead. I won't kill you but you are defeated."Hikaru sat there for a moment longer still waiting maybe the girl had fogged up the room so the others couldn't see. Her Reitsu source was under her blade as Hikaru had mastered reading Reitsu and was trying to read into it further.

i grin as the water condenses and a person made of water forms behind you picking up my blade they seing towards your left shoulder.

Hikaru holds the blade still raising her left arm firing a shakkaho into the water person destroying it. Hikaru raises her weapon smacking Yukino hard in the head with the hilt forcefully making her go unconscious and watched as her body fell limp. This girl was stubborn to the point of stupidity and it made something inside of Hikaru crawl. Her anger actually grew at it. She looked to the LT to see what he though of the hole scene.

Hikaru frowns and looks at the now unconscious girl for a moment. "No. I won't kill her. She's an ally this was a duel and nothing more. It's against the law to kill shinigami and this is 1st division. We stand for the law as examples to all of Sereitei." Hikaru said while releasing all the holds on the girl and catching her softly to lower her carefully. She was readying to take her to 4th division to get her healed as it was.

He snaps and the vines wrap the person u hold and she becomes vines as my true form is revealed. "hello Hikaru Shidou" I smile brightly " Im proud to say you passed the test"

Hikaru stares at it for a moment and while she passed she felt robbed and grumpy at the same time. She had been tricked. She stayed bent over for a moment and closed her eyes gritting her teeth. She sucked it in as she could feel her flames heating out of her back and forced them back inside. She stood and held a grim face as she turned around to look at the real Yukino. She looks happy to see Hikaru but Hikaru isn't willing to talk. That whole test was a blow to her pride." I need some air." Hikaru said as calmly as she could and walked out of the room.
