Technique description: Verstreuten blitz, on activation, creates a large eruption of black lightning blasts from a certain point. around the blast area, lightning shoots out in all directions, and from all angles. it's easily blocked, but not so easily evaded, as the blast comes out rather fast, and moves in an erratic pattern.
