The sword s fries wing the cuts almost anything in its way. Can be canceled out by an attack of equal power or blocked by other Zanpakuto if block the attack will push him/her back based on their spiritual pressure(At the moment) compared to my own .(Also whatever weapon the Quincys/hollows have)
Kaze Reiji
Creates a gust of wind. In the shape a cylinder. Anything in the wind is cut repeatedly. Once in the wind get out is like walking into the wind when there's a storm from all directions. Base on your spiritual pressure compared to my own will determines how will you can get out.

Creates a tornado that follow the target. Fast enough to keep you worried but slow enough for you to see it coming and get out the way. If caught in the tornado the only way to escape is by disrupting the air flow and cause it to dissipate.
