Resurrection Description:When released a skeletal like form covers his body and three tails begin to grow. .these tails turn into cobras. His zapakuto becomes part of his arm it becomes laced with posion. His weight decreases increasing his speed times two. His strength is lowered by half allowing his attacks to move quicker but with not a lot of power. In each cobras mouth is an exact copy of his zanpakuto laced with poison. If the user is cut a slow poison enters the user blood stream slowly affects the user sight if not treated in 24 hours(10 posts)blindness can occur.

Bio:I have no memory of who i was since that fall off the hospital.I found myself as a Demi-Hollow being chained to the hospital roof. Every night i scream out in anger not remembering anything.I don't know who i am anymore.Some night i would dream of having a family i don't remember.This is not my end i will kill everyone until i find the one who pushed me.

Thats long range right there defeating the concept of no long range. with a 5 on long range that means most it could travel would be like 5 feet.
