Shihoin Crest Room

Junsuke sits as he was relaxing himself as he ordered one oh the 2nd division members to get him a drink as he reads on the report that was handed in by one of the Onmitsukido and the other by 2nd Division. While reading on them Junsuke also enjoy his drink as he flips on at the report that was handed to him.

Junsuke read that after serveral mission given to them the report says that the nuimber of hollows have not decrease infact it have increase which made him wonder *we took down lots of hollow but they are spawning everyday it is like we take down 10 a day and 100 spawn it seems to be qute danagerous if that is true*.

Junsuke then reads on as he finish what the Onmitsukido has to report and picks up the report handed up by the 2nd division. "Let's see" as Junsuke looks on "hmm there is nothing particular happening in soul society well as least it is a good thing then i would say" as Junsuke then put the reports down.

Junsuke then summoned two members from the Onmitsukido and said "i want you two to bring out scout teams and then give me a more detail report on every single places that you have been to and also what are the places which have the most hollows is that clear?" as the members of Onmitsukido then answered to him before they were dispatch.

Junsuke then looks around as he summon one of the patrol unit member and told him "I want you to inform two group to patrol around rukongai and give the leader some infomation at the end of the day and at the same time i want people who are patroling here in sereitei keep the leader updated".

Junsuke sits and think *well the Onmitsukido have unit leaders and there are a total of five now so that should be ok and i have also went outfield with them their skills seems ok except for some of them which i have already give them a heads up so i think they should have no problem for now*.

Junsuke continues to think *for now i really need to keep an eye on my division all of them seems to be working for themselves i don't see any teamwork or whatsoever this makes me worried and now without a vice-captain things will be really messy i need to think of something to help them*.

Junsuke then looks around as he looks around and see some of the onmitsukido members around as he ask "hey why are you guys always by my side anyway?" the members then told Junsuke "Commander we are your bodyguard and we have to protect you with out life and lord Shihoin has told as to take good care of you and protect you with our life". Junsuke then stops as he thinks that there is no need for them to do that but he keeps quiet.

Junsuke returns to his room as he get change and then packs everything for tomorrow "well then i think i will need this and also this and this ah ok then i think everything is ready here" as he sits down relaxing and then ordered one of his man to bring him some drink as he sits and look around.

"Commander here is your drink" as the man then falls back Junsuke sits and thinks that he will have to be prepare tomorrow as he then call out to his division member. "Captain i am here do you need anything?" Junsuke then looks and told him "have you prepare what i have ask you to for tomorrow?"

The shinigami then answered Junsuke as he said "yes captain i have done everything and i will have them right at your room in a while time and also about the give you ask me to get i have already get everyone of them plus there were some extra just to be safe in case there are extra people turning up".

Junsuke then told the shinigami "thanks alot and good work for tomorrow you can take the day off i will get someone to cover your duty for you if there is nothing more you are dismiss here" as the shinigami then went and leave the room as Junsuke watches him leave the room.

Junsuke then sat and looks at the celling as he thinks to himself *well i have got everything ready and tomorrow will be my big day and i will be moving my stuff around plus i will be having a new place to live in now* Junsuke was then interupt by one of the menbers from the onmitsukido.

As Junsuke then looks at the guy he said "yes...what do you need?" the member then reports to Junsuke saying that they have discover that there are hollow just hiding right at the back of seireitei as Junsuke then told him "just get the a group of the squad to get the hollows if the threat is not too big".

The member of the onmitsukido then told him that they will need an order from him as Junsuke turns and said to him "didn't i say that just get a group and go take care of them you don't need an offical order from me do you?".

Junsuke then ask one of the leader from the onmitsukido to look for him as he then told him "didn't i told you that if there is a small threat in soul society you are to take care of it why am i still getting this kind of report from one of the members from the organization here?".

Junsuke then told the both of them "i want you both to make sure that from now on everything i say make sure everyone in the onmitsukido knows that you guys are from a strict organization and you should now make sure everyone know that for now" as Junsuke then sit back and looks on.

Junsuke then told the two guys "if you don't have anything more you people are dismiss...oh and umm you guys should take turns on the duties and have more rest and please take care of the new comers and brief them on what they should do and don't just throw them into their jobs".

Junsuke then sees as the two men leaves as he seats back and think of what he was quite nervous about tomorrow *well i am not nervous even though i have to face up a powerful hollow or even my grandfather i can't understand why i am nervous now maybe it's something really big for me*.

Junsuke then looks around as he was bored again and since he have prepares everything for tomorrow which was his big day he then stood up as he walks to the outside of the room and took at the sky as he walks away from corridor to else where.

Junsuke walks in to the shihoin crest room with his bodyguard as he open the door and see that all the people are already assembled there as junsuke walks and took his seat thinking *ah...well my wedding is over it looks like I am going to now get back to my work* as junsuke then looks around.

While there were a few onmitsukido members then arrives as they greeted junsuke as they said "commander the west and north side of the outlands you asked me to investigate I have already done it" the next guy then said "the petrol unit now have been dispatch but you have told me that you want to speak to me".

Junsuke then ask one of the member "ok now have you sent the letter I told you?" As he turns to the other member and said "alright good work but I will need you to dispatch another force to the streets of serreitei shoppinf and resident district as lately there were reports of theif and some people are there look for trouble".

Junsuke then continues telling the members there "apart from dispateching people there I also want the messenger to be in every group just in case anything happen and we beed to ugently be inform about anything" junsuke then ask if they have any questions.

The members of onmitsukido then told junsuke they have nothing as they were dismiss by junsuke. Junsuke then ask one of the shinigami to bring him a drink as he waited he flips open a book and read not really sure what it was but it was given to him by his father in law.
