speed training

Well its about time.I do not think that you can catch me once i get faster.Now let me show you my real speed.I need to lay off the laziness just a tad bit.Its not healthy to sleep a lot all day.-He eyes glow red and begins to sprint faster now-These weights are nothing..

I am just warming up.This is not the gears.Interesting your using shunpo.Guess i should kick it up another notch.Lets really push my limits now.-He begins to sprint faster as the weights begin to weigh less-I think i am catching up....

Well since he is going out i guess i should.This stupid rule of not using reiatsu is holding me back.I am not stopping till i catch up with him.I am not shedding any of this weight so he can say i cheated.Lets see how much more i have left....-he eyes glow red and begins to sprint faster than his regular shunpo-

This kid is over-confident.He should know i have barely touched my limits.Seems he has stopped moving.His reiatsu is now in one place.-He arrives and looks at Sam-No offense i dont like the name gears.I have something else in mind.Maybe "Onsoku" the speed of sound..

your spiritual body is now capable of moving at your noraml shunpo speed and 1. 5 times faster
but for gears 3 and 4 you will need shikai and bankai the extra speed
but since you have not mastered this technique the pain will set in after 3 posts the extreme pain will set in at 6 posts and at 11 you will be rendered unconcious due to the amount of stress this ability puts on your body
