speed training

i've seen enough so apparently i can teach it to you ^^
how would you like to know a way to move faster beyond sunpo?
i can move up to 5 times my normal shunpo ^^
and from what i can see you are capable of moving about 4 times your normal shunpo ^^
but thats when you master this first right now i think maybe 2 times shunpo would be about right ^^

Fine ill let you teach me.That sounds good to me.It will make my Senka faster.Two times is not enough of a challenge lets try going for all four.I am thinking it is possible due to me being so durable..-He turns and looks at Sam-

the training will be gruleing and if youi over use this ability the pain will be even worse
this technique takes years to master it took me all 200 years of training with you to master it

oh no the anklets and shirt wiegh clost to 500 pounds altogether how you are standing is quite remarkable

this style uses your boday too move at high speeds
the more you train the more you can use it the longer you can use it and the faster you go ^^

That's a lot of weight on my body.Lucky for you i weigh about half that amount so i can hold up against this.So this style is based on speed not reiatsu.That is very interesting.I am thinking we will be done in five hours now.-He tries to shunpo after him-Dang it...-he sprints after Sam-

They can try to blow up and ill blow you up.My body has even touched it limits yet.If you noticed when i almost got killed by that shinigami i took more damage then i should have.Lets speed things up a bit.-He begins to sprint faster after Sam-
