With this skill, the Quincy’s senses become advanced to the point where they are aware of flash-steps of any kind (Shunpo, Sonido, or Hirenkyaku). While their target may use flash-steps, the Quincy can judge where the flash-step will end, and thus can attack that area before their target gets there. A master of flash-steps can still avoid attacks, but they would be very hard-pressed to avoid everything.

Does this apply for advanced techs such as Uetsumei?

hmmm... logically speaking, the energy of the shunpo/sonido would be sensed, so I suppose it would counter such things. Still, it would depend on the quincy looking with their senses, not their eyes.

also wouldnt the problem with this be not with the sensing but the fact thet the body lags behing the brain it takes more time to react to the information even moving that fast your body would need to be physically able to react fast enough right

True, but it's not as though this is an automatic counter - but if I see where your path ends, even moving faster, I'll have an advantage in getting there. Most quincie's reflexes are top notch, and the level of sensing for this technique is at a level where it'd almost be instinctual - in other words, at this point, they're advanced to the level they can naturally react, giving them an advantage, though not a full out counter.

Well, it's like a clash of battojutsu, IF one person knew where their opponent's slash would appear and the end position they'd be in before they drew.
