When do we get to make our technique sheets?

Hmm aat this point we dont require them but if you wish we can borrow the tech system jenova created and ask him if we may use it but it may come at the cost of implimenting the leveling system aswell

Well Koga told me I had to start out as a Devouring beast if I was gonna be hollow, that means we need leveling system, since I want to become an Arrancar xD

and tech would be nice so I knew what attacks I can even use as a hollow, right now I know Hack and Slash, Cero is as a hugh hollow.(what Koga said)

lol not what i meant. and all hollows can use cero from what iv seen but idk ill check anyway i mean well have a leveling system but idk if well use the old forum leveling system

I already have a sheet created,adding in exp needed and exp to lvl and im done with it. Would be out sooner but my computer kept crashing like a narb

In the last bleach RP, all hollows were allowed to use cero.
Officially, however, cero's seem to only be usable by menos level or higher arrancar.
