A beautiful day

"Interesting you have your shikai. Quite interesting."
Koga draws his zanpaktou with his left hand with a reverse grip.
"Now lets analyze what it can do."
Koga says with a smile.

*Taking a deep breath, Rizu spins her zanpakuto with both hands in front of her.* Toketsu Kiri. *A thick fog surrounds her, freezing the hydrogen particles in the air around her into small ice crystals. With a flick of her wrist, the ice crystals begin to grow into multiple 4 inch long ice shards. Rizu gently gestures towards Koga, sending each shard towards him at full speed from above, in front and each side.

Koga watches bordly as the ice crystals come towards Koga.
"Well this is a pain."
Koga thinks as he snaps four times.
Once to his left side,in front of him,to his right side and lastly above him.
Once the final snap finishes it appears as if the attack is about to hit but suddenly 4 hado 31s fire in each of the directions Koga snapped.
"Such a simple attack won't work on me Rizu."

*As Koga is deflecting the ice shards, Rizu shunpos directly behind him and whispers.* Fuyu no shimo. *A large blast of ice and snow is sent from her zanpakuto towards Koga, taller and wider than him. As it's blasting, Rizu sweeps her blade towards the back of his knees.*

Koga stands behind Rizu.
"As I said basic attacks won't work."
Koga slices his zanpaktou horizontally at Rizu's mid back before shunpoing 20 feet backwards.
"Show me your full power Rizu or I might finish this."

*Turning around to face Koga, she holds her zanpakuto out horizontally.* Hado #32 Okasen. *A large ball of yellow energy forms, assuming the length of the naginata in width (7 feet) and blasts towards Koga in an arc. After sending out the hado, she plunges her blade into the ground.* Fuyu no shimo. *Rizu freezes the entire area and lifts her hand, causing large spikes of ice to shoot up directly underneath and around Koga.*

Koga slashes upwards at the hado 32,breaking it.
Koga still holding the zanpaktou in his left hand with a reverse grip.
Koga shunpoes into the air and begins to dodge and cut ones that get to close to him.
"Not bad."
Koga shunpoes behind Rizu at full speed and plunges his zanpaktou into her stomach.

*Sensing his aura, Rizu summons a wall of ice behind her but Koga swiftly breaks through it, hitting her.* Aggh! *Coughing and choking, she spits up blood as she begins to collapse. Her zanpakuto seals itself.*

Koga sheaths his zanpaktou and opens the left side of his hoari and pulls out a green tube.
Koga inject the tube into Rizu's left arm as she begins to heal at a quick pace.
"There we go."
Koga says with a smile.
"Anyways we need to head back to the base. I want to try and create a modified shinigami from scratch."
Koga says with a large grin.

*Opening her eyes and frowning slightly, she slowly stands up.* -You didn't put up much of a fight now did you. Next time, don't blow it.- *Looking up at Koga as she resheaths her zanpakuto and puts it on her back, she nods.* From scratch eh? You got it.

"Shouldn't be all that hard."
Koga says as he puts his hands behind his head.
"Lets get going though. I want to finish up before nightfall."
Koga shunpoes off to the Squad 12 barracks slowly so he will be at Rizu's speed,

You got it boss. *Hesitating briefly to give herself time to heal her pride, she shunpos after Koga towards Squad 12 barracks.* -Shinigami from scratch...this will be remarkable.*
