Recruit into Squad 10

I entered the Hakuda training area searching for the recruiter of Squad 10. I looked and found him already set up in a corner of the field that hadn't been damaged to much from the continued use of the field. I approached him looking over some documents.
Hello the name is Itami Moeru and I would like to join Squad 10.
He looked up at me, sighned, and held out a stack of papers.
Please fill out these recruitment forms and we will take a look at them.
He seemed bored and just looking for something to past the time. I took the papers and looked over them. It was mostly basic stuff like my name, information about my family, telling about my Zanpakuto, and other stuff. I finished filling it all out in about 7 minutes and gave him the papers. He took the papers and started reading over them.

The recruiter looked up at me with approval.
Recruiter: So far so good. Now for part 2.
He then started asking me some questions. He asked me different things like how I obtained my Zanpakutos and how my grades were and different stuff. I didn't really enjoy this part as I hate being questioned, but I just put up with it. He kept pounding me with questions and I didn't think it would ever end.
Recruiter: You have passed the 2nd part and all you have to do is come back tomorrow and I will tell you if you have been accepted or not.
I said my thanks and left.

It was a new day and I felt lucky. I was walking down the Hakuda hall to the field to see the recruiter so that I would know if I was accepted into Squad 10 or not. I reached the end of the hall and walked out onto the field. The recruiter was in the same spot as he was before, but this time there was about 3 other Shinigami standing in the line. I walked up to the back of the line and waited. I looked at the notice that said only 1 person would be accepted into Squad 10. The 1st in line stomped away in anger so he must not have been accepted. The next person walked away in tears so she wasn't accepted either. The third person just walked away shaking his head so I guess he wasn't accepted either. I was starting to worry as it looked as though I might not make it. I reached the front and looked the recruiter straight in the eyes. He started smiling.
Congratulations young Shinigami, you have been accepted into Squad 10.
Relief took over and I was quite happy. I was officially in a Squad. I shook the recruiter hand and left a happy person.
